Home Depot has a two gang cut-in box that has one side for high voltage (120 volts) and the other side for low voltage (cable, HDMI, etc.). It would be a violation of the National Electrical Code to have the power cord fished inside the wall. You can come out of the receptacle that you plugged the tv into, and fish some romex in the wall. Then install a decorator style receptacle, a low voltage sleeve, and a two-gang plate.

Minoru Mineta says:

Instructions not clear enough

Penis is now stuck in TV

Ash Cash says:

Did you take any screws out the tv to get the braces on the tv

manifest 73 says:

Donald you mounted your tv way to high. Your suppose to seat down on your sofa and mount it eye level to where your sitting. Mounting it to high will hurt your neck because your constinly looking up.
