In this video, we listed the best 4k TV’s under $1000 in the market in 2018. I made this list based on my personal opinion, and i tried to list them based on their price, quality, durability and more.

Most tv say 120 motion rate, but their refresh rate is actually 60hz. So vizio 120 is a lie. Rule of thumb, unless it says 240 motion rate (120hz refresh rate) it is 60hz.
